Booking: You can book our services through our website, by phone, or by email. All bookings are subject to availability.

Payment: Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

4. Scheduling & Cancellations

We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen events. Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.

5. Client Preparation Responsibilities

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that windows, sills, and access points are cleared of furniture, decorations, pets, or obstructions prior to our arrival. Additional charges may apply for delays or return visits.

6. Existing Damage Disclaimer

Minnesota Shine is not liable for pre-existing damage, rotting wood, loose materials, or defects found during service. We will notify the client if issues are observed, but are not responsible for repair or further damage during routine cleaning.

7. Glass Scraping & Surface Damage Disclaimer

As part of our professional window cleaning process, we may use scraper blades or other tools to remove paint, debris, or stubborn residue. While our team takes great care to avoid damage, certain types of glass — especially tempered or untreated surfaces — may be more susceptible to scratching due to manufacturer defects or contaminants. By hiring Minnesota Shine / Shine On Window Cleaning, the client acknowledges this risk and agrees that we are not liable for any scratches, etching, or glass damage that may result from necessary cleaning techniques.

8. Access & Utilities Disclaimer

Clients agree to provide reasonable access to water, electricity, and the necessary areas for the duration of the service. Failure to do so may result in cancellation or additional charges.

9. Service Satisfaction Window

Any service-related concerns must be reported within 48 hours of completion. We do not offer refunds, but we may return to correct missed areas at our discretion.

10. Photographic Documentation

Before and after photos may be taken for quality control and marketing purposes. These photos will not include personally identifiable information unless otherwise agreed.
